Santa Monica & Venice, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood, the Getty and a Disneyland day. Base west (Santa Monica) or central (West Hollywood) to keep the driving sane.
What to do
- Day 1 — West side: Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach & the canals, Abbot Kinney for dinner
- Day 2 — Hollywood: Walk of Fame (an hour), then Griffith Observatory late afternoon into sunset
- Day 3 — Culture: The Getty (free, hilltop) or The Broad + Grand Central Market downtown
- Day 4 — Big day out: Disneyland in Anaheim (~45 min) — or a relaxed beach day
Tip: Pick one theme park, not both. Universal Studios is the in-town alternative to Disneyland.
